This notice explains how World Championship of Legends (WCL) handles information in connection with this public website and enquiries sent to WCL. For website privacy questions, contact info@wclcricket.com.
It covers browsing, saved website preferences and the contact form. Ticket sellers, external social platforms and any separate accreditation or staff application have their own notices. Read the notice shown by that service before submitting information there.
Information we handle
- Enquiries: the name, email address, enquiry topic and message you submit, your acknowledgement of this notice, a submission reference and any subsequent correspondence.
- Website preferences: your chosen team and saved video identifiers are stored in your browser when you choose those features. The website does not create a fan account from these choices.
- Technical information: hosting and security services may process your IP address, browser and device information, request times, requested pages and security signals to deliver and protect the service.
Please only provide information needed for your enquiry. Do not send card details, passwords, passport copies, medical information or confidential information about another person through this form.
How and why it is used
Enquiry information is used to understand your request, direct it to the appropriate WCL team and respond. Technical information supports website delivery, fault diagnosis and abuse prevention. Your browser preferences provide the team and video-saving features you select.
Where a law requires a lawful basis, responding to an ordinary enquiry and keeping the website secure may rely on legitimate interests; steps you request before entering an agreement may rely on that purpose; and some records may be needed to meet legal obligations. If consent is needed for an additional purpose, it must be requested separately. A privacy acknowledgement is not marketing consent.
This contact form does not subscribe you to a mailing list, take payments or make automated decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects.
Keeping information safe
The form does not create a separate contact database in this website. Enquiries pass through the delivery service to WCL’s mailbox. Mailbox correspondence and delivery or security records may remain after submission.
Retention depends on the purpose and progress of your enquiry, any continuing relationship, applicable legal requirements and the need to resolve disputes. Hosting and delivery logs also follow the relevant service settings. You can ask about the records held for your enquiry or request deletion using info@wclcricket.com.
Access controls, server-side validation and security checks help protect the service. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Do not use the form for sensitive or urgent security information. Browser preferences remain until you clear them or your browser removes site data.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, restrict processing, object to certain uses or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. These rights can be subject to legal exceptions.

You can remove saved preferences using browser storage controls. This does not remove an enquiry already sent to WCL. If a child has provided information without appropriate permission, a parent or guardian can contact us to ask for it to be reviewed.
